With an eye for detail and a passion for what I do, selling houses is not just my career – it’s what I put my heart and soul into. While most real estate agents can give suggestions to clients on what to do to sell a house faster, I have enlisted the help of a professional stager and a photographer who work with me on every sale. I provide full staging and professional photography and video clips at my expense, whether I am selling a small starter home or a grand estate. Every client deserves the best service, regardless of listing price. My team and I are upbeat and positive and we love what we do. We also love hearing the positive feedback that comes from showing a beautifully staged house that a buyer can truly picture himself or herself living in.
My team and I believe in absolute transparency. I believe in truly listening to the client and trying to understand exactly what they expect and what they want. I also believe in being honest from the get-go, especially about any issues with the property. Because I am so solution-oriented, when there is a problem, I immediately attempt to come up with a solution that is in the best interest of the client. I am also an excellent negotiator, so every client can be comfortable in knowing that his or her best interests will be protected.
Most brokers do not provide staging or full personalized and detailed service to every client regardless of listing price. I firmly believe that each and every client deserves incredible service, and I work hard to provide that. I get results, and in the years 2012–2013, I was consistently #1 or #2 in top sales and volume for my entire office, which happens to be an office that has sold the most real estate in my market.
My clients, colleagues, family and friends all know me as a firecracker. I have a lot of positive energy. I am respected among my peers, often getting asked to co-list, or sometimes even take over, their referrals that happen to be in my particular market. I strive to be honest and fair, while also being pleasant to work with because working in an office with a great culture and environment is very important to me.
When it comes to my clients, I believe that honesty should come above all else. Every family I work with needs to find the “right” house and they shouldn’t settle for anything less than the property that is perfect for them. I also believe that nobody should leave the negotiating table unhappy. Negotiations need to be give and take. I feel that my clients are part of my team. Their input is just as important as mine, and if we aren’t on the same page, something has to change so that nobody is unhappy in the end. I treat my clients as if they were my family, and just as in life, I believe that things happen for a reason in real estate. My clients enter my life for a reason and they find the house they are meant to be in.
From an early age it was instilled in me that integrity is one’s most important quality. I absolutely love life and I constantly surround myself with positive people because I believe in the importance of being positive. However, I also don’t believe in going against the current. We are given instincts for a reason and it’s important to listen to those instincts. As real estate agents, I feel that we need to also guide our clients to listen to their instincts, and we, as professionals, need to respect and honor our clients’ instincts.
I feel that I attract the best clients and I absolutely adore them. I love getting them the best deal and helping them find the right home. I also love winning an offer when there are multiple bids on a property. I have the best client relationships and I am proud to call my clients my family.
For the better part of 14 years before entering the real estate business, I was a stay-at-home mom to my three sons. I also baked cakes for restaurants and weddings. That love for baking comes in handy today as I host broker’s luncheons that entice other REALTORS® to check out my listings. It also helped me to develop an instinct for what clients like and what homes really match up well with them. I have a great ability to see past cosmetic issues, and with my vast network and renovation resources, I can help clients get the confidence to do renovations and make improvements that they may not have even thought of beforehand. I want my clients to be happy in their homes for a long time.
If I have any concerns about a home prior to listing, I call in an expert to determine the extent of the issue and what the possible solutions and costs might be. This helps to head low-ballers off at the pass. I feel that this attention to detail and solutions-orientation helps me to stand apart from my competition.
I have been in real estate for eight years. I love what I do because I get to really help people realize their dreams. I also love negotiating the best terms and being able to solve problems. I really believe that people benefit tremendously from having someone on their side that really cares about them and their needs.
I am the proud mother of three sons and a step-mom to a son and a daughter. We have a great family life and I have been blessed with a wonderful, caring, and supportive partner. In my spare time, I enjoy vacationing, especially in Maui, which is among my favorite places on Earth, as well as Punta Cana, Mexico, and Grand Cayman Island. I also love snorkeling, baking, yoga, cooking, reading, seeing friends, going out to bands and socializing. I am also an active supporter of the West Island Community Shares, Enfant Soleil, several of our local sports teams, and World Vision.
