Alket was brought in to help with a sudden estate sale of a property owned by the family. He advised us correctly that the timing in the market was the right time to list despite the fact we were facing a lot of work to make the property saleable.

He advised us on the things we needed to do at a minimum to get the property ready for sale and to maximize the market conditions. He regularly checked on our progress over 6 weeks as we worked to ready and stage the house for sale.

Based on his advice and fairly accurate estimates of potential vendors pricing we made decisions to help with the sale that did cost us money in hopes that it would improve our final price. When it came time to determine a listing price, we had felt a higher price given the market was in order, however, based on Alket's experience we agreed on a lower realistic price to attract more potential buyers.

Thanks to Alket's experience in this very volatile market, we were able to sell the house within days and at a price considerably over our asking price. We had a number of offers and he and his office were helpful in guiding the family through this very intense and challenging process of working through so many offers in short period of time and facing a tight deadline.
