Marcie is a licensed REALTOR® with The Gray Team. Born in Port Alberni and raised in Ucluelet, she returned to the West Coast in 2017 after living in Victoria, BC, for 12 years. She is proud to call Ucluelet her hometown and brings a lifelong connection to Vancouver Island and its communities.

While living in Victoria, Marcie built a successful career with Elections BC. As a Senior Compliance Specialist, her work focused on financial report reviews, customer service, and staff and client training. While holding down a full-time career, she also worked evenings and weekends for Marriott Hotels as the lead staff member in the executive lounge, where she trained new team members.

Marcie attended Camosun College in Victoria and holds certificates in Business Administration and Tourism and Travel. She joined The Gray Team in 2017 and became a licensed real estate agent in 2018.

Volunteering and community service have always been important to Marcie. While living in Victoria, she volunteered with the Canadian Cancer Clinic, SPCA, Saanich Parks, and other community organizations. Since returning to Ucluelet, she has continued that commitment as a volunteer firefighter with Ucluelet Fire Rescue.

Since joining the team, Marcie has attended industry conferences and built connections across the country. She is excited to help take The Gray Team to the next level through innovative online tools, stronger client connectivity, and an unwavering commitment to client care.
