“Thank you Lisa – for everything. It has been a pleasure working with you – you are a wealth of information and are definitely the most helpful agent we’ve ever worked with – and we’ve had a few over the years!”
As an award-winning real estate professional and entrepreneur, Michelle Walker has built a successful team of real estate professionals to rise to the top five percent of REALTOR® across the country and to the top one percent at Re/Max Hallmark one of the largest and most respected real estate companies in Canada
She is also the creator of The Rewarding Relationship Program™, a unique process that creates a rewarding relationship with her clients and their expectations.
“We believe everything we do for our clients should be a rewarding experience. We want to help in any way we can, from fulfilling their expectations, to helping them make solid investment decisions that will grow their equity and future wealth,” Michelle says.
Determined, dedicated and committed — Michelle graduated with a degree in Management and Finance from South East Missouri State University, also spending 6 months at the HES School of Business in Holland. She received a full athletic scholarship in gymnastics and competed at the international level and was a two-time provincial (Ontario) champion.
In 2005, Michelle joined Royal LePage ranking in the company’s top 20 percent nationally in her first year and the top 5 percent within three years.
During economic downturn in 2008, Michelle transferred to Re/Max where after studying the most successful client-centric business models, created a boutique-style team, where she focused on a ‘return to basics and premium service’, and where the needs of her clients often extend beyond the buying or selling of their home.
For instance, in 2009, Michelle’s passion for real estate drew her to the U.S. market where she assembled a group of investors and purchased rental properties. Since then their investment has doubled in value along with a 16 percent annual return in rental income.
That endeavour prompted Michelle to create “The Rewarding Investment Project” to assess real estate investment opportunities for her loyal clients – just another feature of The Rewarding Relationship Program™.
Part of Michelle’s own business model, is to be always looking for new opportunities and to share her expertise and also learn from others. She belongs to The Cross Canada Referral Network (CCR), a group of top producing independent Re/Max Real Estate Agents. She is also a member at the Verity, the Toronto women’s business club, and is an active supporter of The Children’s Miracle Network.
Michelle lives in the Toronto with her husband and daughter.
