I have built my company around the concept of “F triple E” – family, education, exercise and equity. I also believe in working hard for each and every client, while also having fun. Buying and selling a home is extremely stressful, but we also try to put some fun in it so that clients can enjoy the process without being overwhelmed.
In my years of experience, I have learned that following up with clients is integral to a smooth transaction. Never just assume that the client knows what he or she is doing. Every single day, I check in with the client and provide him or her with checklists and information to ensure that everything proceeds efficiently and smoothly.
I was born in Pembrooke, Ontario. Throughout my life, I have always valued hard work, drive, focus, and above all, love. I also know that a reputation can take years to build, but only minutes to ruin, so I always try to maintain high levels of honesty and integrity in everything I do.
My clients are the basis of my entire business. Without them, I would not be doing what I love to do. My clients are so important to me, and that is why I strive to give them the real estate experience they hope for and deserve. I always make sure that my clients are happy throughout the entire transaction, and one of my greatest rewards is when I receive a referral from a satisfied client.
I have been in real estate since 1993. I started by investing in real estate and enjoyed it, and soon made real estate my career. I love my job because I get to spend every day making people happy. I also love the flexibility that a career in real estate provides.
I am fortunate to have earned my Lifetime Achievement and Hall of Fame awards with Re/Max. I put my heart and soul into my work, and I love that I can do what I really enjoy, while also making a difference in the lives of my clients.
I am also a husband, as well as proud father to two wonderful children. In my free time, I enjoy fishing and traveling. I am a past president and current member of the Campbell River Kinsmen Club, the past president of community football and a current manager of the Timberline Secondary Varsity Football team.
